Aija Hermane-Sabule is the author and initiator of The Knowledge We Build. She is also CEO of Monumatix.
The initiative began with a simple conviction: the construction industry already holds extraordinary practical knowledge, but too much of it remains with individuals and disappears when projects end.
Aija created The Knowledge We Build as an independent place to listen to construction professionals, preserve what experience has taught them and connect those lessons for the benefit of the wider industry.
